Chunky cookie – Lemon Myrtle Macadamia

Lemon Myrtle Macadamia: a golden, buttery cookie with dark chunks through it, a white chocolate drizzle and a large white chocolate button on top. The lemon myrtle should give it a fresh citrus flavour. I can’t clearly see the macadamia in the photo, so that comes from the name.
